We continue this tradition by offering multiple size baffles for all our exhaust products, with a configuration that allows for a simple replacement you can do yourself.

How Do I Decide What Size Baffle to Use?

Choosing your baffle size comes down to a trade-off between low-end (low rpm) power and the volume (loudness) of the sound. The larger the baffle, the louder the sound.  For our mufflers, a 1/4″ reduction in the baffle size will reduce the volume by about 15%. The smaller the baffle, the more low-end power you will get from the back pressure created in the exhaust. Of course, your mileage may vary.
